    Beautifully done Stan, with lots of depth of field. Was that a small aperture, or focussed stacked?

        Was that a small aperture, or focussed stacked
        Just my usual macro settings, EF 100 F2.8LIS, hand held at f8.

        Unless nailed down I am not sure one would stay still enough for a focus stack

                Nice work Stan, I'm liking macro work more and more, might have to look at a proper lens for the job

                  although for butterflies and dragons etc i much prefer a long lens, for insects of this size a proper macro lens is best. I use the Canon EF100 2.8 L IS which rarely lets me down
