I want to embed GPS data in exif data of file at the time exposing , not afterwards with software. For that I want to use GPS with Canon pro bodies like 1Ds Mark III, 5D Mark II etc. I heard that I have to buy a separate accessory worth 1000$ WFT-E2/E3/E4 /E5 etc. Wireless Transmitters which adds substantial weight also. Through that WFT only I can use GPS. Is it true?
