    Default ‘English Riviera Express’ - 34046 ‘Braunton’

    SR West Country Class no: 34046 ‘Braunton’ is seen passing Hollicombe Beach near Torquay working the 1Z27 ‎0904 Bristol Temple Meads to Kingswear ‘English Riviera Express’ on the 7th July 2019.

    Hahahaha great minds think alike - I was on the other side of the bridge

    Your shot is far superior to mine as you had the light on the right side while mine is in shadow but I thought that a reasonable trade off to avoid the intrusive modern signal. That said, yours has good composition and detail (and that signal isn't too bad)

    I'll post mine in a minute.

    But when the Torbay Expresses start later in the month they may get even more coverage if the earmarked traction is used:

    6201: Princess Elizabeth
    6233: Duchess of Sutherland
    60009: Union of South Africa
