Another heritage pub I visited recently that is also famous for cider sales (they make their own) was the Square & Compass in Worth Matravers near Swanage, Dorset.

This is also a rare example of a pub without a bar counter top with all service via one of two hatches on this corridor - look at the century's wear on those flagstones:

Most visitors were sat outside in the glorious sunshine so the two indoor rooms were empty:

I'm kicking myself that for the interiors I only bracketed sets of three for the HDR so the windows are a bit burned out
