    It's a fine 'Tiggeresque' composition of a lovely building but could you not have bracketed for HDR to eliminate the burned out windows?

          thanks guys

          but could you not have bracketed for HDR to eliminate the burned out windows?
          handheld as didnt have a tripod so just a single exposure - realised the windows were blown so decided mono was the way to go. Not too worried by most of them but now you have mentioned it, on closer inspection the window to the right of centre is perhaps a bit too far gone

            I agree, probably best in mono....a very difficult shot without some sort of HDR being used.
