    Teenage Hare experience

    Hi All,

Spent what was for me a really magical 50 minutes watching this little chap from close up.

I was actually at the Farm to look for Little Owls and saw this as I drove in, I positioned the car to shoot through the passenger window, it just carried on eating and completely ignored me.
Eventually I climbed out and sat on the grass, it still ignored me, gradually I crept closer and then it even moved towards me sat on the grass, got too close to focus on and still kept coming, I guess it was about 3ft away before it thought better and turned and ambled away.

Me being a Hare lover, as I am sure some will have noticed, I really enjoyed this experience
