    Saint Marys Lighthouse

    I was up at 03:00 to get up the Whitley Bay for sunrise. The sunrise was a trifle flat but as I was walking back to the car the sky started to play ball.
    As always your thoughts and comments are welcome.

          Very nice Peter. A long exposure shot would probably have looked good as well.

              Lovely image, Peter. At first I wasn't convinced by leaving the blocks in the foreground but I eventually convinced myself that it adds foreground interest.

                        John I couldn't get an really LE image I was being chased by a "Piano"

                          I know what you mean Alex, on the full size image the right side of the foreground rocks are lit by the sun. Sadly the smaller size doesn't show it very well.
