    Melanistic Barn Owl

Apparently Melanistic Barn Owls first appeared as natural variations, but they have now been captive bred.

Seen at the Barn Owl Centre, Gloucestershire.

Standing on one leg is a sign of a happy and relaxed Barn Owl.
