A set of +1, +2 and +3 stop neutral graduated filters - keeps detail in the sky for landscapes.
A Polarising filter - to enhance the clouds/sky and get rid of unwanted reflections.
If you want to get a bit arty, you can add a +6 stop, or +10 stop neutral density filter - very slow shutter speed for milky water, or moving clouds.Colin

Not sure you’d need three nd grads in a ‘basic’ system. I’ve just got +3stop but with hindsight, maybe +2stop would have been a better choice. I have polarising filters but don’t really use them much. I use the 10 stop filter a lot.
