Lesser Chipmonk

This shot was taken while we stopped off at a viewpoint whilst driving through Yosemite National Park. I got some images using my 300 f4 and 1.4x but had changed the lens to my 10-22 for some landscape shots. It was at this point, another appeared on the rocks with this pose and there being no time to return to the RV for the long lens so had to try with what I had. As I got closer i was surprised he did not move and this shot is from only 2 ft distant and full frame vertical

Looks good with the wide angle, making it really stand out from the background. Maybe tone down that foreground rock, bottom right though.
