        With this same material, you can easily make the legendary Black Foamy Thing. A very useful, cheap as chips mod.

            What always amazes me about pringles is how much garlic they put in most of them.

            A tube of the cream cheese and chive - leaves you smelling like you've scoffed a load of escargo !
            I digress :-)

                      My husband uses the cardboard tube that his bottles of Laphroaig come in. They are white inside so don't absorb too much light.

                        You can just stick silver gaffer tape on one side of the rubber, if you want that.

                          Going off subject a bit, but the Link that Trev posted...."Black Foamy Thing" has some really good info in it about using bounce flash.
