Thank you. And the bad news is that is was taken at the (supposedly) worst time - mid-day. Just shows what b******x the rules can be sometimes.

I like figures in a landscape. As you say they do add perspective. They should not be too intrusive though, I think.

Great photo, I particularly like the subtle transition of the horizon which serves very well to accuentuate the people almost in silhouette.

Hi Rob,

Lovely light even though it's midday. Maybe the hour of the mad dog and Welshman isn't so bad after all.

I guess this is one of those images which, for the purposes of the web, could just have well been taken as a single wide-angle shot, but I bet it looks magnificent as a large print.
