Sushi Bar

Came upon this sign and was struck by the contrast between the dark background and the white of the sign. Taken using raw fish -I mean- format - the fish was then processed into sushi - I mean JPG- using DPP. Nothing else was altered. Just pure sushi!

I think the shadow beind the writing adds strength to the shot (without it I think it would look a bit flat).
