I have a canon pixma iP4600 which has suddenly decided not to print properly, I have changed the inks but it doesn't seem to be printing the magenta. I have run the cleaning nozzles, and print tests but still no joy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Karen, I had a similar problem, make sure the stick on label is off, clean the small hole on top where the label has been with a small pin, ????have you put the ink in the correct place, if all fails you with have to try a NEW cartridge, BENComment
