I've never been to Venice. But when I think of Venice, I think colour and vibrancy. I think rich warm tones. I think of tanned women with dark hair, I think strong Mediterranean colours in a strong light. I think of life and exuberance personified by bold splashes of Cardinal red and deep blue, gaily painted gondolas, colourful costumes, decorated market places - ochres, oranges, subtle blues, pastel delights...

I'm afraid I don't think of B+W.

Yes Venice is all as you think BUT if I had posted a colour pic then you imagination would not have conjured up the beauty of Venice.
A place that must be visited at least once in your lifetime

Actually (and I don't like to admit this) when I think of Venice I only think of beautiful young Italian women who are out of my league, and I don't give a toss about the colours.
