Mirrored Smoke Trails

As ever trying out new techniques so purchased some incense sticks made a snoot for my flash and put the trust 50mmf1.8 on the camera. Mirrored the image in photoshop then cropped it to tidy up, no other photoshop work. C&C as per usual...

Dry humour is much preferable to a wet kiss!!

I didn't say anything about the shot because the first thing that struck me when I saw it was how much it looked like a phallus. I'm not sure what deep Freudian sub-conscious urges manifest themselves in most people's photography, but in yours it seems quite clear...

Did you shoot this in RAW? I did a few like this recently and found I got a lot more colour by using RAW and doing some strong editing in ACR.

How's that?

Yes it does, doesnt it! Some say they like the face in the top of it though and ignore the obvious! It was RAW, but wtf is ACR?!?!?

I like the result Rob, but maybe if you presented it upside down it'd look a little less phallic.
