    Those specs, if true, might actually tempt me into full frame. Only problem for me would be that my "good" wide angle and walkabout lenses are crop sensor only.

      I feel that the major issue with the 6D are:

      only 11 point focus

      fastest shutter speed at 1/4000

      Rather like the upgrade on the 70D to 80D the extra focus points and f8 focusing would be a major improvement

        If recent Canon pricing is anything to go on, it will be a lot more expensive than the 6D.
        Having not long had my 6D (used, of course) I'll be sticking to the 80D for any action/wildlife, the 6D is excellent for landscape and other relatively slow moving subjects. I doubt the 6D II will be much better in the a/f speed area, too much competition for the 5D IV.
        True, FF lenses are pricey, but Sigma have produced a lot of good ones recently that tests show are as good as Canon equivalents at half the price.
