Printing pages form Digital Edition

When I go to print in the viewer I can only see the first 30 or so pages e(ven in full screen mode). There doesn't appear to be any way of displaying the later 2/3 rd's of the issue. Has anyone else figure out how to print bits from the other 2/3s of the magazine?

Move your cursor close to the right side of the screen. In the lower area of the screen a box will appear with two downward facing arrowheads. Click this box to scroll down. If you move the cursor higher up, another box with upward facing arrowheads will appear. Click this box to scroll the screen up.
