I recently enquired if the cumulative index could be made available for download as a dbf file. Unfortunately this is not possible at this time. I decided to produce a database covering the magazines in my collection (January 2008 to the present). I have trawled through the magazines and the existing comulative index to produce an index database. I use Lotus Aproach and would be happy to forward the 3 relevant files (.adx, .apr and .dbf) to anyone who might have a use for them. For non Approach database users, I can let them have the dbf file.
