    Perigee Eclipse

Decided to camp out last night and witness the eclipse. The first 20 or so minutes went by without a problem until I realised I'd set my tripod up so the moon could hide behind next doors tree. By the time I'd moved and the moon was visible again there was next to no light to help me focus in live view. The last few shots in the collage I know are no way near sharp enough. Hopefully I'll be more prepared in future.

Wishlist: Tamron 24-70mm f/2.8 VC USD and an EOS 5D III to sit it on.

Yep good attempt. Always end up feeling I could have done a bit better with this type of photography but time is against you. Was even more so with solar eclipse that was only a couple of minutes.

Good attempt. Like the idea behind the first shot.
