    Coffee Anyone?

    Well this morning we are in for a bit of a warm spell as when we awoke this morning is was a balmy -11.7 degrees C. So for the blog today I thought that a nice hot cup of Java world be a good start for the day:

    I left this one in color for the sunrise:


    Camera EOS-M w/EF-M 22mm f/2 STM
    1/400 sec @ f/3.5, ISO 100

    Now the coffee:

    Same Camera
    1/125 sec @ f/3.5, ISO 100.

    After taking these images, I ran back inside to drink the coffee

        Hi Tom I hope the coffee did it's trick ... no bagels or pancakes?

              I get through so much coffee I buy the beans at CostCo for my normal (everyday) coffee ... and elsewhere for my specialist beans. I just love a cup of the real thing ... no cow juice ... no sugar ... just a Black Americano.

                I like elements of both. I like the sunburst rays and I also like the steam rising from the cups on the black and white.

                  Just the way I like my coffee as well, except I use filtered water when I brew it.

                    It just a Cuisinart coffee maker. I use a burr-type coffee grinder for my beans.
