It looks a very nice location you have there, have you considered making this into an even narrower letterbox shot by loosing the vegetation running across the middle of the water and using the small strip of water as your base?

Like the idea Andy but I am wanting to see a wider view of the complete hill on the left and what is beyond the trees on the right. As Ian says perhaps lose the foreground veg as well

Thanks for the critique. I think both of you have good points but I'll have to try the shot again to get more of the hill in.
