Glasgow Cathedral Main Enterance

I took this about a year ago, just after I got my camera, and thought I would have a play with it in LR. The doors must be about 8 or 9feet and i think are oak. It is a lovely gothic building, and really worth a visit. I know it has been photographed to death, but it's amazing architecture. I want to go back and try and do it justice.

I like the symmetry of the image the tonality of the image IMO is a bit to evenly balanced as it allows the eye to wonder through through the image. I might start by darkening the 2 top corners, then lightening some of the interesting architecture work in the center. Just my opinion

I'm up at the Necropolis most of the time, I love it up there. Never really get too close to the cathedral but I have seen the huge doors lol Great contrasting shot :)
