That looks like a lonely hut Stan, not crammed inches from its neighbour as they usually are I'd hate to think how much it would cost though

100k for a wooden hut smaller than my garage?? You guys in England have lost the plot!

The local huts in Whistable change hands for £25-£30k, and Whitstable isn't nearly as desirable as Mudeford Quay so I can quite believe Stans estimates

Isn't real-estate at Sandbanks on a par with Manhattan?

With Sandbanks and Mudeford Spit you are paying a premium for the location

Black & White shot is good but much prefer the colour, possibly because of the pastel painted colours of the Beach Hut.
