Something about the photo has a 60's feel to it ? maybe its just the first couple of guys and there style ( not that I know a thing about fashion)
Nice photo and its caught well a busy bar scheme, I'm just not sure about the barman he doesn't fit in:- Ian

Joanne, lovely candid shot, and nicely processed into mono.
I'm with Tigger, though, and I'd take out the barman; I think it is stronger just focusing on the punters facing over the bar, and gives a better sense of the vibrancy of a bar.
