    Eight Screws

As well as processing this in colour I decided to convert it as the timber already had a grey patina. The colour version is in the abstract part of the forum if you wish to check it out. The image was taken during a visit to Hardwick Hall in May 2013 and processed today.
    Exif ISO200, f5, 1/60sec.

Thanks for taking time to look and comment, I have to admit the colour of the handle in he other image was what gives it the edge IYSWIM.
I don't often think about mono/BW but this morning I thought it may work with this image. Still I had to give it a try and as it didn't cost me anything it fits with my Yorkshire upbringing, "short arms and long pockets" .

The colour for me by a mile! You can really see how the patina of the bronze has been polished off with use lending it great character.

            Cheers,
            John
