    St. Peter's Lutheran Church

Pastor called me today and asked me for some images of the outside of the church. Now I've taken thousands of images at the church, but it is mostly inside or people at the door, but none of the church itself. So I went down to take some images of the church.

This 1st image was tricky because there is a building right where I was standing, so it is not possible to get the front whole front of the church in one shot. So I took the 4 portrait images of the church and stitched them together.

    Camera EOS SL1 w/Tamron 18-275mm @ 18mm
    1/100 sec @ f/18, ISO 100

The sky was dark blue so I used a red filter wen I converted them to BW

This next image was just 1 image
    1/100 sec @ f/11, ISO 100 @ 22mm

Now of course I did give the pastor the color version of these.

I like the buildings, but I do not like the sky. To black for me. Sorry!
        With kind regards,

Nice images and conversion Tom, not easy when you have to make a pano of the building to get it all in.

Another vote for shot 2 Tom. Great detail in the church. (typical stereotyping though as I was expecting a wooden building!!)

I prefer the 2nd image too Tom, but I feel that the sky doesn't look realistic with it being completely black.
