      I like the BW conversion, however the massiveness of the foreground distracts your eye from the tree.

        Think I'b be inclined to crop more off the bottom so you lose the pools of water, as tesarver says, it rather distracts from the tree.

        Maybe add a grad filter to the sky, see if you can make something of it?
