    Spiral

    The spiral staircase which leads to the chapel from the tunnel at the Old Naval College

    Two different shots, one at 16mm including the window and the other zoomed to 16 mm ,without - not sure which I prefer

              I have to agree with the others I prefer the composition of the staircase in the first image and loosing the window really makes the image IMHO

                Actually Of the three well done images, I do like the window in the 1st as it adds a bit more interest in the image.

                  I have to disagree... As presented the first one is just right and the window is very necessary - both to fill a blank space and counterpoint the stair and to explain why the underside of the stairs is so well lit.

                  The problem with the second is one of orientation I feel, turn it through 90° and I think it works so much better...
