I like this image the frame/border you have applied works well and the image nice and sharp. A couple of comments which IMO would have improved it

1. to see all of the face, rather than the up nostril you have here
2. a clean up of the image (the floor if you like) to remove the spots and smudges

Having said that it's still an image which I would be proud of , well done.
