Quite a threatening 'mood' to this image, and I like how you have used the wet road to invite you in, and lead you through the image.
I have a niggle with the tree on the left, I'd be tempted to crop it out, and maybe a small crop from the bottom, thereby emphasizing the two main elements...the broody sky and the wet road.Concentrate on equipment and you'll take technically good photographs.
