    Purple House and boats

    Shots taken in and around Kirkcudbright harbour which is in south west scotland, Dumfries and Galloway. Wasn't a planned trip but have started to carry my camera everywhere I go. Canon eos 1100d entry level with tamron 70-300mm lens, av mode

    Really like these shots Seb, but a little explanation of where it is etc. might be a positive!

    Love the pano, especially with the sunlight on the houses... had to look for a second to see the purple one though, but when you see it, it really stands out!

                  Nice set, Seb, particularly 1 and 3.
                  If I was being really, really picky (I'm in a funny mood today) I wouldn't have cut the white building and green roof on the left hand edge of the panorama; to my mind it draws the eye because they are light against the frame. Either crop slightly to the left or right of them, then it'll be great. Might just be me though...
