    Moonfleet

    Sigma 50mm 4 secs F9 ISO400

Resting on a wall - amazed at this, mainly because I'd imbibed quite a lot of Betty Stoggs by this time.

Ohh! I do like that. a lot.

I would however clone the buoy out (far left on the horizon), straighten the horizon 0.6 degree and lose a bit above the moon to put the horizon on the third. That is me just being picky but I do love this image.

      Me too.

I'd clone the bright buoy on the right and the half boat on the right frame. I'm half and half about the yellow buoy on the bottom right.

      Makes a haunting image.

Thanks for the comments. I've cloned the buoys and lights out. I didn't alter the crop as I like the moonbeams going up too and these get lost if I put it on the third.

Superb shot, and the second is even superber! I'd be very proud to have taken that one.

            Well done, Mike.

Wooah that's a cracking shot Wayne, I wish I'd taken that! I'd be tempted to remove the 5 objects in the water, less is more. Great image!

                    Re: Moonfleet

Thanks for all of the kind comments. The first is now the same as the second as I uploaded it from Lightroom as the same file and hence the original is no longer available.

I keep coming back to it, one of my favourites so far in 2013

What a great image Wayne. it ticks all my boxes, except for the slight Left to right slant on the horizon. Or that my be a bit of an optical illusion on my part.

Thanks Guys. Tom, I had a bit of a slant on myself when I took it! I might revisit it again.
