    Marlow at 15mm

    Having been out a lot with my 24-105 I thought it was time to exercise my 8-15. Actually I also took out my 70-300 on my 7D at the same time, to prompt some different perspectives, but here are a couple at 15mm.

    Thanks for looking.

    Oh, and by the way, I will try and find something else to photograph soon!

    Nice set richard, particularly like the sky reflection in 3.

            Hi Richard;

            Interesting set; that 8-15 sure is wide isn't it!

            Particularly like #2 & #3, but suggest you crop some off the bottom of #2 and off the top of #3 to move the horizons off the centre-line...

            Cheers;

                They are lovely pictures

                Worth remembering that on a 1.6 body the 15mm is a 24mm

                The 8-15 is a great lens and I love using it

                  Brian - I had my 70 - 300mm on my 7D, but the 8 -15mm was on my 5Diii, so steady as they were!!! You can see the reach of the 300 mm on the 7D (420mm) in the photograph of the kayaker on my other thread. I wanted to experiment with creating two different perspectives of the same broad topic, which was fun!

                  Thanks everyone for looking.

                    All looking good to me - I would probably have cropped 2 and 3 to a letterbox format, removing the top0 part of the sky and the bottom water
