    Lambretta at t'mill

Taken last year, didn't process it at the time as it needed a fair amount of editing, alarm boxes removed from walls, a couple of modern signs cloned out, perspective adjusted etc.

    1Ds MK III, 24-70 F2.8L, 60secs at f11 ISO100 (10 stop ND filter)

Lovely moody shot with the Lammy well lit, but she is just a little bit too central for me.

I can see that you were using it as a screen to cover the writing on the tarmac, but the composition still has to work. I would have been tempted to leave the writing to Photoshop.

Nice one Les...like Colin I'd prefer the scooter to be off centre a bit...

Would work better with the scooter off centre and would have liked more detail in the mill

              Re: Lambretta at t'mill

Sometimes we can't see the woods for the trees, and this has happened twice here, as Colin mentioned, I was concentrating more on covering the writing on the tarmac rather than on composition, and when the image was up on screen, I was more focussed on editing than seeing the bigger picture. Alternatively scooter further back and lay on the floor? I like the shot but think less tarmac might be better.
