Hello Ian , I think the second shot is way too far away from the kite, and the first one I think what have been a corker if maybe you had got a bit more height, and possibly taken a half a step to your left. Just my opinion.

Nice compositions Ian. Hindsight is a great thing but the kite would have looked even better framed by the almost-square created by the clouds which would also result in it being bigger in the frame as Wayne suggests. Still like it though.
