    Llanddwyn island

This is twr mawr lighthouse on llanddwyn island just off Newborough beach Anglesey.A photographers paradise ,to reach the beach you have to drive through a pine forest with red squirrels, the view from the beach into snowdonia national park is stunning and to top it off this lovely little island at the southern end of the beach .could have spent a few days here exploring the forest and shoreline will definitely be heading back, thanks for looking

    Lovely shot, lovely area.

The illumination at the front left, if extended to the top right, would enhance this picture hugely. You may find that Reflector Efex in Nik Color Efex Pro 4 would help this. You can change the angle of the light, colour and intensity with that tool.

I've never been to Anglesey, but I'm severely tempted, with every shot like this I see.

Another cracking shot Dave. Thanks for the heads up on this area - only been to North Wales once and would love to spend more time up that way. I like the lighting as is - but it would be interesting to see AndyL's idea implemented.

Thanks Scott ,we went to this beach two days earlier and the weather was awful it's quite exposed so you take the full brunt of the wind ,then on this shot we were in our t shirts a barmy 20 odd degrees ,typical british weather eh .
