Been a tad dark and gloomy up here in morayshire recently, too dark for birdie photo's but had to take the camera for walkies any way.

Forecast was high waves but as can be seen, they are low at the moment. Apparently the worst is to hit later tonight, but I know where I'll be then and it's not standing on a beach freezing my bits off.

Lossiemouth beach with some help from a big stopper and a 6nd hard grad.

If only I'd known there was so many people wanting to see the big waves I wouldn't of had that beer awhile ago and gladly endured bits freezing but gotta abide by the laws........

Nice shot. Would make a cool metallic print. As far as the supposed "WeatherBomb" it really was a lot of fuss for nothing. I do believe that the NSA had a lot to deal with though with all those keywords being looked at lol

I think its mostly the West, North West and Western Isles that's getting battered
We've been lucky on the East Coast
Saw some horrendous conditions on last nights news
