    Corfe Castle Illuminated

For the first time in its 1000 year history, Corfe Castle is illuminated, so we went yesterday afternoon for a few shots. There were also supposed to be beacons braziers and lanterns but they were absent presumably due to the wind, which also meant long exposures were out as even with a study tripod, avoiding movement was impossible. These shots were from the hill overlooking the castle, the first just after dusk and the second around half and hour later

The second one works better for me Stan, like how the illuminated castle really stands out.
