    Cumbria from Scotland

I am not one for landscapes as I don't have the proper wide angle lens but I do enjoy looking at them.
Took this today with a telephoto lens..

    Canon 7D and
    EF300mm f/4L IS USM +1.4x

    ƒ/5.6
    420.0 mm
    1/8000
    ISO 800

VIEW OF CUMBRIA from SCOTTISH SIDE OF SOLWAY

Settings were set up for wildlife photography unfortunately, but I liked the light on the hills.

Thanks all for looking and commenting.
TO ME it is just to noisy at ISO 800 for enlarging and framing, but has made me think about trying out some landscape photography.

Neat Image is your friend for effectively reducing noise.

For me, the mountains need a bit more contrast.

                    Well seen pic.
