    Bridge over the Merwede

Because we have moved from Veenendaal to Gorinchem, I have not been a lot the forum the last weeks.
Sunday I did a walk near the Merwede (river tot Rotterdam), this is about a ten minutes walk from our new house.

You are seeing the bridge (A27 highway - Gorinchem) over the Merwede.

It is not the perfect photo. but I like it.

Any C&C's are more then welcome, but not to much critics ... ;-)

Nice shot Friso. I like the sky and the fact there is a crane. All works for me. Shame the crane wasn't facing the other way, but nothing you could do about that! Great silhouette All the best in your new home,

And so you should, I think that it is one of the best images that you have posted to this forum. You have coped with difficult lighting really well (the touch of flare really adds to the effect), all of the elements along the horizon balance very nicely and you have created a really striking image.
