    Spittal Beach

A super beach for photography just a mile or so from Berwick on Tweed, where the low tide, reveals a multiplicity of colours and textures in the rocks

              Cheers guys

I'm struggling to see the birds
              blown away by the wind

did have plan to visit but ran out of time
the shots only work at low tide and we had planned to go to Bamburgh in the morning and Spittal after lunch but lucky I checked the tide times and after lunch would have been high tide so we reversed our plans

not sure its the sort of beach you would sit on anyway although further along it is quite sandy

I spent a lot of time there as a youngster and that brings back memories as well.
