    Lonely Tree

The wife and kids were out most of the day and I was given a pass out as long as I took the dog with me so I thought I would head to Brimham Rocks as it has been a long time since I was last there. The lighting was harsh, there were lots of people wandering in and out of shots and very little clouds.

I only took a few shots in the end and this is the best of the bunch (in my opinion). I had set up for this shot and waited for the clouds to move in so it wasn't just blue sky and I had to politely ask someone if they minded waiting a couple of minutes so I could take the shot with no one spoiling it.

Nice image Paul and well done on putting the effort in when things don't look so interesting to begin with.

Superb Paul. The rocks framing the tree work so well. Good on you for asking the punters to wait

Thanks everyone for commenting I liked how the tree seemed to copy the shape of the rocks on the right
