    Nairn Viaduct

    Went out this afternoon and tried this not sure if it works as its hard to get an un-obstructed view

    Like the composition Alex, the viaduct forming a triangle and the path leading through the frame

        Like the first one Alex. Second is good as a context shot but there's a lot going on in front of the main attraction

          Thanks Scott thats basically why I took the second shot the farmer was trying to get the hay baled and loded before the rain came

            I like the first image which is plain and simple. It also shows the viaduct for what it is.

                The first is great and very well composed. I wonder though if the vibrancy can be increased a touch, the colours look a little muted to me

                          Alex, really like that first one, gives a real sense of the size and solidity of the structure.
                          The composition part of my head wants to suggest a little crop from the right hand side to put the top line right into the corner. But this means you'll lose an arch, so maybe not...
