    The High Fells

I'm normally to be found shooting wildlife images but occasionally have a go at some landscapes. This was taken from the top of Latterbarrow in the Lake district. Looking west towards the high fells of Bow Fell, Wetherlam and Harter fell.

I do like the way you can determine each of the rows of the fells IYSWIM, well captured.

Thanks Peter, strangely enough it was this effect I was looking for, which is a surprise as it doesn't normally happen like that!

Great stuff. Love the compression of long lens stuff on landscapes.

Simple and works so well. The contrasting darkness of each 'peak' is great. Should be printed large and enjoyed
