        Nice shots and well processed. I hadn't appreciated you get to this view point, but looking at your two shots I can see where you must had stood; obviously I didn't look hard enough!

              Thanks for looking guys

              The light was a bit flat and I originally did the HDR in camera but didn't work too well so used the 3 RAW files with Photomatix

                I never tried Photomatix as I use HDR Efex...I'll have to check it out

                        I like the details coming through in the buildings but the clouds are a bit too dramatic for me!

                          the first shot was taken from the park ( which you had to pay £1.50 to enter !!) and the second from the staircase just to the right of the third arch in the first shot
