    Costal Protection

One of the places I visited last weekend was Ynys Llanddwyn, specifically the lighthouse area. A great little spot to catch the sunset...Was a nice change as I've steered clear of doing sunsets for a while. Its a beautiful spot, very calming, great for photographers.

Cheers mate...oh, good god it is...ha ha ha...I'd spent all that day on my feet around Capel Curig, Pen Y Pass and summit of snowden and then Anglesey...my feet were feeling it....Plus, i'd had a bit of a tumble while over on the miners track...climbed up a waterfall on the side, got to about 10 foot up and slipped on a wet rock and fell back to the bottom...suffice to say, it was bloody...split nose open and feckin lump the size of ostrich egg on my forehead...LOL...the things we do...

Many thanks Bill, the light was gorgeous. Really glad it was a nice evening there as it was my first time visiting the location....Yes, just a dented pride...Not very graceful falling down a waterfall in front of people...ha ha ha ha...I think I pulled it off well....

Beautiful image, Andrew. Lovely light, great positioning in the frame. And luckily no indication of the carnage that had clearly happened behind the lens. Hope everything is healing.

Cheers Alex...Ha ha ha...no, the carnage well hidden, although the other photographer I was chatting to at the spot was laughing at what had happened...
