    Hindscarth and Robinson

I can imagine this being a bit of a marmite shot ,one from the Lake District as the cloud began to break and casting a few light patches across the hills I thought a close up would work quite well . Looks better viewed large on Flickr cheers for looking

Technically isn't that Scope End & Robinson? :roll eyes: Last time I was on top of them I was in shorts.

I like it a lot but think it's just a touch dark.

Amazing capture, I've walked up there on a number of occasions and I do think it would make a lovely image printed out largescale.

Dave, looking at it on here I wasn't sure, but on Flickr - wow. Wow wow wow in fact. Light gently caressing the land, beautiful detail, stunning clouds. Not marmite at all.

I rather like Marmite, and the image, which is much better on Flickr.

Now that is something a bit different. Not an image that has a restful point for the eye - instead the viewer is faced with the chaos of atmospheric turmoil interleaving with solid rock. I can imagine this printed large and framed on my wall - a picture to look and ponder
