    Looking South

    Looking south from Dunnet Head, the most Northern point of the UK, over the first 30 ish miles of the north

    stunning colours and well seen - I do like the minimalist feel to the shot, especially the top

    Did you consider a crop on the bottom ? for me the shot is about the distant hills and colours in the sky and I'm not sure the bottom adds much to it

      Great shot Andrew. Love the north of Scotland. The crop works for me, but maybe a colour boost to the foreground would work. Great shot none the less, nice one, Garry

        Cheers guys, think a further crop would be good as there isn't any real colour to pick up on the foreground as its all heather and peat bog.
        It was pretty dull buy then and there's probably shake between my first use of the tripod and lens, getting buffeted by 25-30 mph gusts on the peak and realizing a remote release IS required!
