Now that is a lovely image. Definitely one to be hung on a wall. I love that you've retained the detail in the shadows. My sunsets always seem to lose some detail in the dark areas.

Great detail and composition, not sure about the sky, not done any of this long exposure stuff yet, so not a critique, more personal taste(or lack of it).
